Statement of Inclusion

We are deeply committed to creating an environment that is welcoming to people of all genders, sexual preferences, races, incomes, body sizes, and abilities.

This is reflected in our attention to:

  • the physical or virtual space

  • ongoing participation in trainings and other forms of education

  • integrating our clients’ feedback to make sure each person feels safe and comfortable with the therapist they are in relationship with

COLLABORATION is key

We come to therapy with an anti-oppressive practice lens, meaning we are always interrogating our own biases and seeking to both understand and flatten power dynamics.  We place high value on learning from clients and making changes in the way we are working together. Our belief is that therapy is co-created between therapist and client, each bringing strengths to the partnership.
