Insurance
Information
Nicole is in network with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and Pacific Source, and will be in network with Moda starting July 1st, 2026. If you have any of these insurances, we will bill them directly for services and you will be responsible for the balance.
For clients with other types of insurance, we ask for payment at the time of service. You can seek reimbursement from your insurance company, using a super bill that we provide at the end of each month that will have all the necessary information for submitting a claim to insurance. Our administrator can help walk you through the process of getting this started initially. We recommend that you call your insurance company before starting therapy to verify that your therapist is in-network, or to determine how much they will reimburse for sessions if your therapist is out of network.
For those not using insurance, we also have a limited number of sliding scale spots open based on financial need. Please call us to talk about this option further.
